This is a panel that was cut/changed in the final version of Page 10. Instead, Ace was originally meant to kill the unfortunate civilian (offscreen) during the Bar scene, which the crack was implying, and the next panel was to show Dallas counting how many kills Ace had made, in and out of the Battledome.
I changed it so that instead of killing him, he just yells to the general audience as a threat.
